Warranties

Warranty is 90 days from the original date of purchase. Within the warranty period, optional extended warranty may be purchased to extend the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer membership plan for more details. The extended warranty is only available for Sonocaddie unit and does not include accessories and components. And any repair or replacement of the product will be covered by Sonocaddie at no charge for parts or labor.

To obtain a warranty service, purchaser must require a RMA number and return the item postpaid with the proof the original purchase date and return to the address. Please email to sales@sonocaddie.com to require a RMA number and further information.

The above warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, improper use, misuse or other human errors, and defects from installation and batteries. Our warranty service departments will double check the item if the unit is valid for warranty service.

With invalid warranty service or period, purchaser will be notified all the cost for parts, labor, and shipping cost. Therefore, please contact our warranty service department for further details.

* Sonocaddie products are shipped via DHL Express / mailing service or other methods Sonostar assigned.
Returns Policy

Refunds
Within 20 days of the original receipt purchase date, you may return the product you purchased from Sonocaddie for a refund if you are unsatisfied with the products. However, all the accessories are not applied to the return policy and are non-refundable.

Returns Procedure
All the returns are required a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to process the returns procedure. RMA numbers are valid for 20 days from the issue date. Any returns without RMA numbers are not acceptable and will be returned in post-paid shipping.

If you lost your original receipt, you can provide us with the name, postal address, product serial number and email address of the person who purchased the product and contact our customer service.

Packaging and sending your return
Any items for exchange must be defective from our errors. All returns must be shipped prepaid and returned in new condition, including the original box, software, manuals and accessories. We only exchange the items if it is due to our manufacture error. However, we will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the warranty sticker has been removed or damage.

We also strongly recommend all the returns are shipped via insurance. Any loss or damage to the product during the transit for repairs, Sonocaddie will not be responsible.

International Tax
For all international shipment, duties and custom taxes are not covered by shipper.
