Membership term

Sonocaddie V100 Memberships are all non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be prorated towards the purchase of a new membership.

Member account, Password and Security 
You will confirm with a password and account designation upon completing the service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Sonostar of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Sonostar cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

You must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute, in any manner, the material on this site, including text, graphics, sources code for commercial use or to republish somewhere else. However, Sonostar have the rights to use, copy, modify, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute in any manner for upload information. Our current customers may use the Sonostar golf course database and all of the information contained within the website is for the personal use. Any use for any business, commercial, or other purposes, or hosted on any other website, location, or provided as a service without the prior written consent of Sonostar is prohibited. It shall be considered a violation of Sonostar copyrights for any misuse of the Sonostar course database or the information contained within the database and shall be enforced to the full extent of the law.

A violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act is constituted for any unlawful access to any/or mining of the data contained within the Sonostar computer server. Federal court upheld Sonostar copyright registrations of the course database, screen displays, file formats, computer software programs, and Sonocaddie and Sonostar registered trademarks. The collective work contained with the Sonostar scorecard database and Sonostar scorecard applications are copyrighted materials, which are provided to our valued Sonostar customers only for your personal use with Sonostar. Any distribution, exhibition, reproduction or use of these works for other purposes is strictly prohibited.

Sonostar will continue to identify any illegal actions against our copyrighted works, trademarks, and intellectual property. Please be confident that we will carry out these actions to the fullest extent of the law to ensure that Sonostar works remain available for your personal use with Sonostar products.

Regarding member registration, the information you supply to us is added to our member database. We may inform you of new products, services and special offers, special promotions or upcoming events for Sonostar via email. If you do not wish to receive such emails from Sonostar, please mail to sales@sonocaddie.com for further assistance.
