(1) Please select the link HERE.
(2) Enter your email and password to log into your account. Follow the help options if you have forgotten your password.
(3) Press "EDIT" to update your login info. Please note that email/ country/ serial number cannot be changed only your password can be changed.

Q4. What can I do if my V100 cannot link to the computer?

(1) Please make sure you have installed V100 USB cable driver
(2) please selected the "Link" and hit the "SEL" button to link the unit before press "Press Here to Connect V100" on the login screen.
(2) If the V100 still cannot connect to the computer, if possible please try a different computor to install the V100 driver and again.

Q5. What can I do when I get the error message "Can't support number Com 1 to Com 9 on the computer"?

(2) please selected the "Link" and hit the "SEL" button to link the unit before press "Press Here to Connect V100" on the login screen.

Q6. What can I do when I get the error message "Please upgrade your user level to enable oversea course download"?
Par membership level, which only allows you to download 5 free courses worldwide. Therefore, it may because you have already used up all five free course credits. If you would like to download more courses, please upgrade the membership.
Q7. How to change the language back to English for your V100?

Please selecte the "Settings" and hit the "SEL" button then selecte "Language".

Q8. What can I do when I get the error message "Your search did not match any course"?

When you search for a course on the Sonocaddie login page, you can simply enter country /state/ leave the city clear then enter the first four or five letters of the course you are looking for then select the GO button.We do not use the City feature. Or try key word if you still cannot find the course.

Q9. How to request new courses, update courses or upload scorecards?

Please email mappingV100@sonocaddie.com with the course to map or update.

Please email with the location of the course(country/ state/ city) and please provide us the new course layout/scorecard.
