Q4. What can I do when I get the error message "column flag satellite does not belong to table course"?
To solve this problem, please turn on and connect the V300 Plus device to your computer using the USB cable. Then please check if a window opens saying (Removable Disk) click on the "open folder to view files". Two or Three files will open INFO, MY COURSE and RECORD please RIGHT click on the MY COURSE and RECORD and delet both folders. Then please login to the V300 Plus software and try to download the courses.
Q5. What can I do when I get the error message "Mosoxmilded exe corrupt file" or "The XML page cannot be displayed"?
The Factory reset will get this sorted.
(1) Turn the V300 Plus off and press the "right Button" + "down key" + "Power button"simultaneously (figure 1). Please do not release the buttons, until you are in test mode (figure 2) on the device.
(2) Select "Factory Reset" and press the "Select/Save" button (figure 3). Once reset Is completed (figure 4), press the "select/save" button to shut down the V300 Plus.
(3) After reset is completed, please try to download the course again and see if you are able to download the course. Also bear in mind the unit will revert back to the factory settings and you will need to check your settings.

Q6. How to unlock the V300 Plus device?
It is available to use the V300 Plus device without membership registration for first 5 times. After five-time uses, the V300 Plus unit will be locked and remain in locked status until your registration is completed. Please refer our quick guide and follow the steps to unlock the unit (Go to "Support" page and download V300 Plus "Quick Guide" for details.
Q7. What can I do when I get the error message "Your search did not match any course"?
When try to find a course on Sonocaddie website or application, you can simply enter country /state/ key words for the course name. It is no need to enter city. Or email mappingV300@sonocaddie.com if you still cannot find the course.
Q8. How to request new courses, update courses or upload scorecards?
